Delivery is shipped same day as order from our main warehouse with a cutoff time of 3 PM MST when the product is on the shelf. Units are shipped the next business day if ordered after cutoff time. If the product that you are ordering has to be built and tested, please allow 1-3 weeks for remanufacturing and testing in these circumstances. We aim to sell solutions and not problems with the highest quality powertrain units and unfortunately sometimes quality takes time. We appreciate you working with us in these rare instances.

After you place your order we package and ship the unit same day. Once you receive the unit you should inspect it for any damages during shipping. If there is damages, please contact the freight company as soon as possible. Please inspect the unit to ensure that you have ordered the right product. The next step is installing it and making sure you follow all the necessary steps that the OEM recommends when installing such a part. If the product needs a relearn procedure or reprogramming please ensure these steps are completed. When you have completed the install, if there is a core to come back you must pack the old unit into the package and ship to provided address using the BOL provided with the unit.
No. There are no hidden charges. The charges you see will be the cost of the unit, cost of shipping, core charge cost and any applicable taxes.
